Returns

  1. All returns must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.
  2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
  3. Returns are accepted for defective or damaged products; please contact our customer service for assistance.
  4. Apparel and customized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

  1. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
  2. The original payment method will be credited for the refund.
  3. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  4. Refunds for customized items are only issued if there is a manufacturing defect.
  5. We cannot offer refunds for items that was purchased on sale. Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
