You will be allowed to reserve maximum of 1 hour per day. If you need additional time , please call us at 804-921-6417 and we will be able to assist you!
Slots for the week will open every Sunday 11:59pm EST.

FOR MEMBERS
For Team/Family membership , captain and vice captain or 2 members can block 1 hour each ( 2 hours in total). For all other monthly reservations, you can reserve a maximum of 1 hour per day

No-Show Policy for Indoor Batting Cage

At CRICKHUB, we strive to provide our customers with the best service and availability for our indoor batting cages. To ensure fairness and accessibility for all our patrons, we have implemented the following no-show policy:

Reservation Requirement: All customers are required to make reservations for the batting cages in advance. Walk-in availability may be limited and is subject to cage availability.

Cancellation Window: Customers are requested to cancel or reschedule their reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time. This allows us to accommodate other customers who may be on a waiting list.

No-Show Definition: A no-show is defined as a failure to attend a reserved batting cage session without canceling or rescheduling beforehand.

No-Show Charges: In the event of a no-show, the customer will be charged 60% of the booking cost. This fee will be charged to the credit card used to secure the reservation. In case a member doesn’t show up to their reservation, the reserved time will still be deducted from the account.

Repeat Offenses: Repeated instances of no-shows may result in suspension or restriction of booking privileges at CRICKHUB.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us as soon as possible if you encounter such situations, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Communication: All cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated through our designated channels (phone, website, email, etc.). Voicemail and email confirmations of cancellations or changes will serve as valid proof of compliance with the policy.

By reserving a batting cage session at CRICKHUB, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to this no-show policy.
